Justina has been working in the health field for over fifteen years and always knew she had a passion in Long Term Care. Before becoming an administrator, Justina worked as a Social Worker and a Director of Social Work for over 8 years. She graduated from Westchester Community College with Associates in Liberal arts and Sciences and pursued her Bachelors degree in Social Work at the College of New Rochelle. While working as a Director of social work, Justina pursued her Master’s degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, Policy Administration at Pace University. She then pursued her Administrator’s License and now working with Sapphire Care Group as Administrator at Sapphire Nursing At Wappingers. Justina’s passion and drive is in team building, and the delivery and coordination of excellent care and customer service. Justina has an “open door” policy and always makes time to talk to her residents and staff.
